Mango Rhythms is located in the West End of Glasgow and specialise in music tuition with private one-to-one lessons and music workshops and classes. On offer are music theory lessons, acoustic and electric guitar lessons, bass guitar lessons, and djembe drumming for all levels including beginners.

Mango Rhythms’ aim is to make music a fun and interesting experience and to equip everyone to express themselves through music.

We are based in the heart of Glasgow’s West End next to Great Western Road in the Hillhead/Kelvin Bridge area. The Studio is about 5 minutes walk from both Hillhead and Kelvin Bridge subway stations, on the 44 bus route, and close to other major bus routes.

We all take music lessons for different reasons. Some to become faster, better, and more knowledgeable because it is part of their job, some to gain a skill to show off to friend with, others purely as a pastime. All these are great reasons to pick up your weapon of choice and start creating new music from the heart.

We use music to express our feelings: anger, sadness, happiness, humour. We use it to tell a story or share a circumstance: poverty, injustice, loss, triumph, victory.

Taking guitar, bass guitar, djembe or didgeridoo lessons equips you to play with other musicians in a band setting.
